INGREDIENTS Spinach pureed- 1 cup ( No need to boil) Paneer - 250 gms Semolina(Suji) - 2 cup Curd/yogurt - 1 cup Eno pouch - 1 Salt - a little Black papper - a little Oil - to grease METHOD Spray oil in a non stick pan, cook square pieces of paneer by turning sides of paneer & sprinkle paneer with salt & black papper. Mix Spinach, semolina, curd & a little salt. Check consistency. If need more suji or need more curd then add it. Each semolina is different so quantity may vary. Add eno & mix well. Now grease idli container. Put half a spoon of mixture in it. Top with square piece of cooked paneer & then on top of that add another half a spoon of mixture & cover paneer well. Steam it like other idlis for about 10 minutes. Cut it in half before serving. Serve with ketchup, green chutney or garlic chutney. INGREDIENTS
Butter puff pastry – 1 pack Potatoes, boiled & mashed – 2 Boiled peas – ¼ cup Spinach, chopped & washed – 1 cup Cottage cheese – 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded – 1 cup Salt – ½ tsp Cumin powder – ½ tsp Cumin – ½ tsp Oil – 1 tsp METHOD Thaw butter puff pastry rolls. Heat oil, add cumin, cumin powder, salt then add mashed potatoes. Add boiled peas in it & mix well on low heat for about 4-5 min. Keep aside Once potato mixture is cool then start next process. On the wooden counter, take out puff pastry roll, open it. Then put half of potato mixture on it. Put cottage cheese on potato mixture & then put spinach on top of it. At the end top with mozerella cheese. Now start rolling it tightly. Once it is rolled, Cut it in 10 equal pieces like pin wheels & keep it in lined & greased baking tray & bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Repeat same with 2nd roll of puff pastry. Enjoy with ketchup or green cilantro or mint chutney. Ingredients
6 slices of bread Green chutney 2 Tb sp( I made with cilentro, green chillies, onion & ginger & salt & lemon juice) Tomato ketchup 2 Tb sp Cucumbers 1 Goat cheese 4 TB sp or 4 slices Potato chips of your choice- 8-10 Boiled potatoes 1 Butter as required Masala-- ground roasted cumin & coriander seeds, add oregano & black salt Recipe Cut boiled potatoes round in shape like chips. Cut cucumber in round shape too Apply butter on one side of 1st piece of bread. Then apply green chutney. Put potato pieces on top of it & sprinkle masala on it & some drops of ketchup. Now apply butter on 2nd slice on both sides. Now cover the filled one with this slice. Now on top of it apply green chutney again. Then put sliced cucumbers & then put goat cheese & chips on it. Apply butter on one side of bread & then apply ketchup on it & put this side facing down on top of chips. Then cut it in your desired shape. Enjoy :) |
